  Nice short stay

Liked: Conveniently close to Ahoy with a lovely park view from the room. The breakfast was great, and the staff remained welcoming and attentive despite the high demand.

Disliked: Clear signs of wear are visible on the room walls and floors. Additionally, the bathroom and shower require some maintenance due to tile staining and a leaking shower hose.

Exceptional Staff, Wonderful Rooms & Friendly Atmosphere

Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of the way to make sure our needs were met and we were all taken care of, particular mention is Jessie, the manager and Gina as well as Kajal. We had an issue with a missing item and Jessie went out of the way to check the cameras and report back to us with an accurate timeline of events, which helped us to narrow things down and retrieve the missing bag. He didn’t have to do this and we are over the moon with the service received! Even received a voucher for the restaurant at the hotel at the end, I cannot sing the praises of this hotel more and will definitely be staying here again when I am next in the city! Thank you all

  Disliked: Nothing:)

  Liked: Location and cleanliness

Disliked: Very slow wifi. Cannot work due to low speed. Pathetic customer service, need to ask for correct final invoice 3-4 times by calling, email to get one.

  A nice overnight experience

Liked: The breakfast was nice - enough options. The location was perfect as we attended an event at the Ahoy centre so couldn't have asked for a better location.

  Disliked: Can't think of anything.
