Liked: The apartment had great facilities and was in a great location. Yes, the stairs are steep but this didn't hinder myself who is elderly or my three year old grandson. The lady who cleaned was helpful and lovely and did an excellent job. Thank you

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Overall situation was good and comfortable

Liked: The direction to location and retrieving the key was clear enough.

Disliked: There was no one to ask for the wifi password, and it was not indicated anywhere. that was not good enough. The stairway was very difficult to access.
