  Absolutely plan on staying in the wonderful property again and again!

  Liked: Absolutely adored this property! Carola met us at the gate when we arrived and gave us a little tour, as well as some complimentary drinks. The property was so cosy and comfortable, truly lived in and makes you feel right at home straight away while still having that bit of holiday luxury about it. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, and the heated floors throughout are absolute bliss, even in the warmer weather we had during our stay, especially for someone like me who suffers from Reynaud's. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, including a dishwasher which is always a relief! The Metro is only a 10 minute walk away, and the nearest major supermarket was about 20 minutes. There are also a few food options 5 minutes walk away, so it is really well situated despite how peaceful and isolated it feels. This was all particularly useful for us as we stayed here to visit family in Capelle aan den IJssel, so it was just two stops on the Metro to Capelle Centrum, and if we'd borrowed bikes from our relatives we could have easily cycled there. The only thing that really caught me out - and Carola did warn us - was how quickly the hot water for the shower ran out. It really does only last about 10 minutes, so be prepared to be quick! I possibly also could have done with a step stool for the bathroom basin, but the Dutch are tall people and I am very much not, so that was more of a me problem. My Indo-Dutch husband found it perfect!

  Liked: Perfect and beautiful home which made our stay in Rotterdam all the better. Just wonderful with gorgeous interior and lots of extras that made it just like a home. Clean and comfy,, the bed was really comfortable. Lovely outside space also. Carolina was so helpful and friendly. It was really close to the Metro as well so really convenient. Highly recommend 😊

  Would i stay here again? YES of course, great place, great owner

  Liked: Very close to the metro which operated just great. / nice place to be at anytime of the year ( watch the owners cat though, it settles in on the heated floor lol! )

  Disliked: the nearly ladders to get to bed but quite standard in the Netherlands

  Liked: Beautiful little place tucked away with a lovely garden. Has everything that you need, the hosts are wonderful and super helpful. Close to a train station which made it easy to get into the city. We had an amazing time. 😊

  Exceptional

  Liked: Lovely hosts and a beautiful spot to relax with easy metro links. We hope to be back one day.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike at all however could do with instructions for the dishwasher. We never used it has couldn't work it out. We didn't mind washing up by hand at all so didn't bother anyone. Just a tip for future visitors.
