Overall, a disappointing stay due to poor facilities, noise and lack of basic room amenities

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The elevator was not working, and there seemed to be little interest in getting it repaired. Having to use the stairs was very tiring. The area was also very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. Some electrical sockets were loose or missing, which was concerning. There were also no bins or electric kettles in the room. The room lacked basic facilities, including clothes hangers, secure lockers, or safety boxes,

Great location - in the heart of things, but needs to get the lift sorted

Liked: The room itself was good, well set up and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet (we had read reviews about noisy street below whihc kept people awake). The staff were generally very friendly.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the lift was out of order throughout our stay. We were on the 4th floor. The receptionist kindly carried our suitcases up to the room when we arrived. It was not a problem for us, but could have been disastrous for some people.
