  Terrible

  Liked: Good location.

  Disliked: It was not comfortable at all. The rooms were extremely cold, and the bunk beds were narrow and uncomfortable. I have stayed in many different hostels in several countries, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It was the first time I felt so uncomfortable that I had to cut my holiday short. They had placed plastic-like sheets on the mattresses, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. One of the staff members was also very rude. When I tried to explain a problem I had encountered, they interrupted me, refused to listen, and showed no interest in helping me. Even worse, the belongings I had left inside my bunk bed were thrown away without asking me, even though it was not my check-out day. I still had three days left before my scheduled check-out date, but they apparently assumed I had already left and disposed of my belongings. When I asked where my things were, they showed no concern and gave me the ridiculous excuse that I was responsible for my own belongings. No compensation or solution was offered. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the belongings of the person staying in the other bed had not been touched at all. Despite having stayed in many hostels so far, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The hostel was extremely uncomfortable, the sleeping areas were narrow, and the rooms were unbearably cold. The rude and indifferent attitude of one of the staff members, combined with the overall poor conditions, ultimately made me end my holiday early. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

  Disliked: Service. I stayed there for several days; everything was very good, except for the poor service and rudeness of just one of the receptionists.

  Disliked: The owner put me outside like a dog while i was there before now they said i was not welcome because of my age is older than 35 but there are more people staying there older than me when i said that the owner became agressive maybe yheu think i am rascist but i am not not everyone eith a bald head and bomberjack is rascist i am against rascism i am a gabber

  Liked: The staff is very kind and convenient.

  Disliked: I booked a bunk bed to catch an early train, I wasn’t expecting high luxury, but I couldn’t close an eye. First the bunk beds are quite old and of poor quality. I was at the bottom and when the person above was turning around, it was making the hole thing shake. The sheets are quite plastic, super slippery. Also the beds don’t have curtains so you have 0 privacy but should you wake up earlier than others, you’ll bother everyone with some light. Speaking of which, you receive your bedsheets at check in and it’s still ok if you’re there early. But you also have to take them off. I had to leave at 5 so couldn’t help but making quite some noise in the room. The common areas, like a living room, are locked up until 8am. So I couldn’t eat my breakfast there or actually just escape the very annoying snoring roommate.
