  Good hotel fitting the budget. Very good location that’s near restaurants, train station and transport facilities

  Liked: Excellent location close to Central Station and City Centre

  Disliked: Carpets in the hallways and stairs are dirty and room air conditioning not effective

  Liked: Check in and staff are fantastic and they did help me a lot with early check-in.

  Disliked: Air conditioning too loud, and no control if it's heat or cool. Additionally I couldn't have opened windows

  Smooth smooth smooth

  Liked: Very easy check in and very accessible to the centre of Rotterdam. Would definitely recommend and if you’re looking for a cheap-ish place to stay, I’d totally recommend

  Disliked: Bed setting from foot towards pillow angle is not appropriate, no wash basin in wash room, no daily housekeeping. No floor mat outside the washroom, if intention is to safe money to avoid expenses then proper cleaning materials should be provided to guests, moreover host should trust on booking.com and their guests but host trust on 50 euros to collect as security deposit.

  Amazing

  Liked: Everything was amazing!

  Disliked: I did like everything but only the washing table didn't flush the water down but they fixed it as soon as I told them. Amazing staff!!
