Fair location for the budget strapped traveler

Liked: Location is nice and the staff is friendly. Waterfront and quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the center. Facilities are basic but fair.

Disliked: The building and stairs are very old, everything squeaks which mainly made me feel self-conscious while moving to and from my room. I did not have any/much annoyance from inside the room. Would've appreciated some soap at the room sink.

ner the old harbour - a place is amazing, but property is poorly poorly maintained

  Liked: lOCATION WAS EXCELLENT

Disliked: A lot of trash everywhere. Half of the bathroom is partitioned off with opaque glass behind which is some old trash, lots of spiders. The same goes for the dining room next to the reception - a pile of things the owner hasn't decided what to do with. There is an exit to the yard - a garden that is completely unkempt.

Disliked: The bed had been used for sex before I got there. Saw the stain under the blanket and smelled the perfume from someone on the pillow.
