  Liked: The location of the hotel is also very inconvenient.

  Disliked: The room was far too small for two people. The windows could not be opened, and the air conditioning barely worked. The carpet had a terrible smell, like a wet dog. It was extremely noisy, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. Homeless people were sleeping right outside our window, making noise throughout the night and preventing us from getting any sleep. When I asked to change rooms, even offering to pay extra, my request was refused. The staff showed no willingness to solve the problem or find any kind of compromise. I barely managed to get through one night and was forced to look for another hotel. Surprisingly, the new hotel was cheaper, yet the quality of the room was a hundred times better than yours! You seriously need to reconsider your standards of service, the quality of your accommodation, and your attitude towards guests. Customer satisfaction clearly does not seem to be a priority at your hotel. I am absolutely shocked and deeply disappointed. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a terrible experience. My vacation was ruined! 🥺

  Liked: Great location, secure building and easy check in. Staff were super helpful and hospitable, and rooms were clean. The building itself is very artsy and interesting to walk around! Room was clean, small but good for a few nights. Would definitely stay again!

  Did not recommend it for anybody

  Liked: To be honest, nothing i liked in that facility, A lot of things need to be fixed

  Disliked: The room: not because that’s a small, if you have a shower a lot of steam in the ceiling and walls ( you will have a short of breath 😅 ) There was a leak in the sink.

  Not clean, not comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend

  Liked: The toilet and bathroom were clean

  Disliked: We booked the party room, I wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s a very small room that wasn’t cleaned very well, it had no where to even put our bags. Doesn’t look like the pictures
