  Disgusting

  Liked: Nothing in all my life never had such a bad experience

  Disliked: They charged me once I got there it was a little less I double checked twice she got my reservation number then then the next day I was woken up up saying I did not pay I said I have she said ok then when I woke up past reception to go have a cigarette outside they as I walked past they looked at me a little funny got all the way too my room to nice they cancelled my cards so I could not get back in to my room I went all they way down asked what has happened and why they let me go all they way to my room as when they obviously saw me they locked my room I showed I paid for the room and car park they said she charged me less and I never payed I said asked twice to make sure it was right as it was alit low less sage said 2 2 room car park for 2day that’s the charge so payed and they should honor it they are not even apologizing the mange come out and straight away with aggravated intention come and literally was so rude like any of this is my fault then out of nowhere got police to come I come 1 half day it ruined my break I have come from the uk I will be contacting account hotels it was my worse sta in my life

  It’s too bad cause it could have been a good stay for us

  Liked: The star at checking Saturday and on Sunday morning very nice

  Disliked: We’ve found some boogers in the shower normally the room needs to be very clean upon arrival. That was very disturbing to have these in such place. I’ve talked abt it at the frond desk she was very nice but nothing to about it? Plus the night of our arrival we tough we’d find a space for our car in the parking, it was fully booked (good for you really) but the lady at front desk (Saturday around 4:45 am) was not helpful at all when we asked somewhere else to park around the area, sue told us “ you’ll just have to figure it out by yourself” It was very rude of herself to talk to us that way if we ask her it’s simply because we don’t know the place and waited to know where we could park

  Liked: The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was nice. Overall a good value for money.

  It meets the expectations of a budget hotel

  Liked: Breakfast is decent. The best part, it is just a short walk away from the Rotterdam airport, was easy to catch the morning flight after the breakfast.

  Would not come a second time. Would spend 10-20€ more for the better hotels

  Liked: There were charging stations for electric cars at the hotel parking place.

  Disliked: Price like a hotel, but feels like a cheap motel.:/ No toilet brush in the rooms, and just a bed in it, which was not that comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not overwhelming, just ok.
