    disapponiting

Liked: Shower was barely working. After complaining they only offered a small discount for the next stay. A disgrace.

Disliked: No help after failing shower.

    Would definitely stay again

Liked: Loved how central it was and views were amazing! The staff were so personal-able, helpful and really welcoming. Room was comfy and had all we could need. Really loved the cafe seating in front of the hotel - and its walkable distance to lots of main museums

Disliked: Sadly the restaurant was closed due to staffing shortages - this was a shame as we’d booked hoping to be able to get food at the hotel
