  Liked: Very lovely view over the canal and autumnal trees, big windows, lots of natural light. The room was designated as tiny while I booked it but was just fine as far as size is concerned. The check-in instructions looked a bit lengthy in the messages but the procedure turned out to be quite straightforward. The locker was very handy as we arrived earlier in the morning and wanted to start exploring the city without a heavy suitcase. The area was nice; some roadworks were taking place but they are not too extensive and quite temporary I believe. The furniture and lighting were nice: no clinical white light, which is quite an achievement.

  Disliked: The mattress was very soft and comfy but it wasn't fixed properly so it kept sliding sideways I'm afraid. Also, it was rather unusual to have separate spaces for a shower and a toilet on the opposite sides of the room but it was not a real inconvenience to us.

  Liked: Easy self check-in and out. Good privacy and comfy. Nice canal side surroundings (if without roadworks)

  Disliked: In a top floor unit I could hear the roof or drain making noise under the strong autumn wind and rain. The clothing rack was also a bit broken.

  Liked: Very convenient self-serve check in with an option for late check out, rooms were comfy and clean with a nice view of the park outside.

  Disliked: Stairs were a little bit of a pain with luggage. Also the shower in our room, if turned on at full would almost flood the whole bathroom and could have potential to go into the bedroom.

Please note: The hotel doesn't have an elevator the rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Please note: parking is available within a radius of 492 feet from the hotel. This is paid parking from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, and on Sundays and public holidays between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Mr. Lewis does not accept cash payments, The front door is accessible via a digital key or intercom.

At Mr. Lewis you check in yourself at the check-in station at the entrance of the hotel.
