  The place is in need of renovation but the location for central Rotterdam is excellent. Unfortunately if you are on the

  Liked: The main room was spacious and location excellent

  Disliked: There was a bad smell in both apartments we had booked, sewage issues from the toilet. Also, if you stayed on the ground floor or first floor you will be terribly affected by noise from people and traffic. This was pretty horrendous with people congregating outside the premises after a night out to smoke, chat and make lots of noise.

  Nice apartment in a good location

  Liked: The apartment was very cozy and in a very nice location.

  Disliked: There were only 2 capsules for the dishwasher. The majority of the TV channels weren't working.

  Good for drunk sleep bad for actual staying

  Liked: Location was in the centre and apartment had two different beds.

  Disliked: Dishes were dirty, windows were old and broken so there were always noise and wind coming in, no soap not for dishes/hands/body or shampoo. I requested three sets of bedding did not receive them (also staff stopped responding and ignored my messages). There was no salt or pepper or oil. Someone threw up in the hallway and it took staff more than 12h to clean it up. Shower was broken, bathroom door was broken. Interior wad nice but nothing is done to keep it that way.

  Owners should be held to account for fictitious description of properties everyone in 6 flats upset

  Liked: Location only.

  Disliked: The description and photos/. Fictitious. The flat did not have relationship to advert.EVERYONE COMPLAining. T. Not workimg. Door handle fallen off bathroom door never fixed. Saucepans rusty unusually.no window opening. No instructions for smything. Not told there is a general washing machine. Says gardrn. But had to climb out window, just mud and on arrival old beer cand Sns docks on the mud.Fan collapsing. The degree of fictitious description 5 star luxury serviced apartments is a joke! Against EU rules to have no opening window.

  Great location, basic facilities in the flat. Call when you arrive to check in!

  Descent option for a couple of days in Rotterdam

  Liked: It is a spacious apartment located very centrally close to various bars, restaurants and in walking distance from Rotterdam central station.

  Disliked: It needs to be refurbished. Old beds which are not the most comfortable, although descent, and the couch along with the carpet need to be replaced or cleaned a bit more. Would not recommend it for people who struggle with stairs as they are very steep. I was staying on the second floor.
