  Liked: Location! Right in the center with a lot of convenience stores around. The only problem is the is not reachable by car, so if you have a lot of baggage, it will bw a problem

  Disliked: No cold water at 5 am the morning of my departure. Hot water was always available later in the day but not then when I needed to shower early. Was afraid to cook since on my second night the fire alarm went off in the building and in the room it says to open the windows when cooking to prevent fire alarm going off and to possibly a fine 🙂. It was a bit cold for me to consider opening windows and I stayed at this place because there was a kitchen. After stating this, I must say I would stay here again and I would recommend it. But it did force me to eat out and less healthy.

  A great value for money stay right in the center

  Liked: Great location, modern decor, and an easy check-in/check-out process. The room was freshly renovated, and the bed felt cozy. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toiletries. The small kitchenette had a coffee machine, a kettle, a few pots, and a frying pan, so you can easily cook if needed.

  Disliked: We could hear the neighbours showering at 7am, the walls aren't very soundproof. Also, there was an insect on our bed, but we are not sure whether it came from the open window or was present beforehand. Otherwise, we did not notice any bed bugs, and the room looked clean. The complimentary coffee was not great, so I would recommend bringing your own capsules. The water pipe outside the building burst, so we had no hot water on the last day - perhaps not Numa's fault directly, so would not attribute it particularly to the hotel. The area is also rather noisy and gets busy in the evening, as it is situated right next to the metro entrance.

The noise is not constant and generally not very loud, but occasional disturbances may occur.
