  Disappointed

Disliked: This was like going to stay at a rental 15 or 20 years ago when people didn’t make an effort. Bare minimum in flat. No large towels, the ones provided were more like loincloths. Sofa bed is barely that with no mattress and a bit of a jigsaw to assemble. But it was strangely comfortable. Our advice to the owner is to invest a little and make your place more welcoming. Maybe some coffee and milk? People expect more now. It’s shortcomings all the more given the inflated prices of North Sea Jazz Festival (which was good)

Overall the host was kind, responsive, and the location was in a wonderful neighborhood. It was also clean and well-equi

Liked: The property is well kept and stocked with a few essential items like dishes a nespresso machine, dish soap, and sponge for cleaning. There were towels to use and bedding for the bedroom was already on the bed. There was bedding available under the pull out couch to use. The fitted sheet was a little short to fit on the whole couch, but lucky it was for our kids so we just covered the shorter portion with the sheet.

Disliked: Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is that there is a larger supply of toilet paper in the bathroom and (only 1.5 rolls) and some Nespresso pods to get the guests started the next day. It was a slight hassle Going out to buy those two items the next morning, however the store is VERY close by walking so it wasn’t too much of a problem.
