  Convenient for bus routes to get to the locations we wanted to visit

  Liked: Located on convenient bus routes to get into town, but not much by way of restaurants and bars locally although useful supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Staff were very helpful in resolving issues

  Disliked: The lighting in the room was dark (not good for reading), disappointing that there were no channels or radio on the tv, great to have a dishwasher but no washing up liquid to wash up just an odd glass. The coffee machines didn't work and no instructions for the microwave / oven / airfryer but the staff were great at helping with this.

  Liked: The room was spacious snd comfortable. Tha bathroom was compact but well designed and the heated towel rail was great for drying a little handwashing. The kitchen had sufficent equipment to be quite useful. The reception staff were great. Supermarket was a 5 min walk away which was very handy.

  Disliked: A little milk for a cup of tea would've been a nice welcome and, although there was a good tea towel n hand towel, there was no detergent or cloth to wipe the bench or dishbrush.

  Liked: The room was as described, and very reasonably priced. The parking was easy and complementary with the stay. Location was easy to drive to, and very walkable.

  Disliked: The restaurant on site seemed to have very limited hours. The Entrance to the hotel could have been marked a little clearer.

  Liked: The room size was very good, and having a kitchen with cooking facilities made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Overall, we were satisfied with our choice of this hotel. Although there was no dedicated bicycle parking, with the hotel’s kind cooperation, we were able to store our bicycles safely in the lobby, and we really appreciate their help with this. However, there was one major issue: on our last night, we found a mouse in our room. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and they provided us with another room, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, this experience was very unpleasant, and unfortunately, because of this issue, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
