  Liked: Close to river for kayaking, swimming pool, convenient stop for tram station, 10mins, into Utrecht. Helpful friendly owner

  Disliked: Bit antiquated, very steep and noisy stairs to bed on first floor but sofa settee made up on ground floor, bit noisy with road and train line outside, well equipped electrical appliances, not exceptionally clean though adequate

  Liked: For lovers of antiques, gardens and simple comfort, this is a gem. This Vintage-style cottage offers great value for money, and the host is exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The bed on the top floor is very comfy, but the stairs are small and deep, so that might be taken into consideration.

  Very good value. Great location. Very cosy

  Liked: Good access to transport. Really appreciate being able to leave luggage with Tony when exploring the city. Really good wifi, Netflix excellent, bedding Really comfy

  Disliked: Small things. Fruit flies by the bin. Towels smelt after use. Maybe curtains needed on windows.
