  Disliked: The lock is internetbased and access is only possible with internet via a browser. If you run out of battery you are trapped outside. If the system crashes you are locked outside. System crashed and I had to organize to meet the provider. Why? If you plan a business trip, don’t do it: even after several attempts and a service center call I was not able to receive a bill and likely have to pay the trip privately. Thanks for that!

  Excellent location but not 4 star

  Liked: The location of the hotel is first class…..everything was so convenient. Also the host was very friendly and helpful at all times which was reassuring. We really appreciated the change of towels every day and the bed was very comfortable. It was also easy to adjust the temperature in the bedroom. The hairdryer was great and TV had a fairly good choice of channels.

  Disliked: It is listed on Booking.com as 4 stars which is why we booked it but based on our many experiences of hotels in Europe, it is clearly not. The layout of the fixtures and fittings made the stay frustrating. The ‘terrace’ was nothing more than some decking overlooked by another building and was easily accessible by others. Noise from other guests was also an issue one night but there was no one to complain to as there is no reception. The digital access could be problematic if your phone runs out of charge. Toiletries were listed as provided but never replenished. Overall it lacked the attention to detail that would be expected of a 4 star hotel which was disappointing given the cost.

  Fantastic location close to theatre

  Liked: Fantastic location by the cathedral & city.+ close to the theatre. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Handy fridge. Nice big tv with English channels.

  Disliked: The steep 3 flight of stairs 🙈 The entry system - not keen on digital key etc, but we were given a physical key.

  Liked: Nice location, and the lady from the clothes store safe the day for us

  Disliked: A problem with the online key occurred before our arrival. They didn't say anything to us until hours later. We arrived at the hotel in a rainy day. We could not access it until the lady next door came and helped us. The recommended phones didn't respond and never came back to us. After we get some card keys and eventually enter the room after 3-4 hours they cancelled our key and we needed a next one. Disappointed from how they deal with the situation. From 1500 until 1100 is almost half day. And we have to spend time and stressed about so many things
