  Liked: The apartment was clean!

  Disliked: First of all it's not two bedroom apartment.. This is second time I have such problem.. In Greece, i had to stay in studio which was declared as one bedroom apartment.. Booking should pay more attention to this! This are basic things, it is clear defined what is two bedroom apartment! Second big problem, no Wi-fi at all.. I tried to contact the owner, but no one replied.. The toilet seat is placed in less than 1m2, there is literally no space to do anything.. And there is no sink near the toilet seat..

  Shockingly bad accommodation dont stay here!!!

  Liked: Nothing!!!

  Disliked: Everything was terrible, only one bedroom so completely misdescribed on Booking.com.......... my travelling partner was bitten by mites from the bed in the lounge (a bed described as bedroom two, which is basically a mattress in the lounge). Garden was unkempt and patio full of weeds. Toilet was so small and you couldn't even sit down with the door closed, with no sink. Stay here at your peril almost felt like a scam for the price they charged absolutely extortionate for quality of accommodation....shocking, dont stay here!! Read other reviews and take heed!!

  Easy stay for a few nights

  Liked: We had a welcome package of food delivered which was amazing. It had all the basics and more. The location of the flat was good. Easy access by train and tram. Trams seemed to stop at midnight but the train went on after midnight and we could get back ok after a concert in Amsterdam. Washing machine and bikes were added extras but the bikes have a backward pedalling brake. There was a bike shop a few minutes away where we hired extra bikes (2 provided). Excellent outside space. Great information from the host about the flat and things to do nearby.

  Disliked: The main bedroom was great but the 2 single beds were in the living area. I would probably rearrange the space to make the second bedroom more private.

  Apartment in a good location in Utrecht

  Liked: The apartment is in a great location, close to the train/tram station and an easy walk to the city center. Rachel had food delivered to the apartment, which was a nice bonus. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or longer term stay. Rachel was responsive when contacted.

  Disliked: There were some issues with the apartment that were communicated to Rachel during the four day stay. Hopefully these will be addressed and corrected for the next guests. While the apartment is advertised as two bedrooms, in fact, there is one bedroom with a door and one or two beds in the main living area that can be used. The apartment does not have two distinct bedrooms as defined in most properties. This is stated in the description, but may not be clear from the property photos.
