  A stand-out location in a lovely city. Recommended: if you are lucky enough to find it available!

  Liked: We've been to some lovely places but this is a very special place and a highpoint of our trip, in figurative and literal terms! The living space and bathroom are attractive, offering everything needed for an enjoyable stay. On top of this I can't believe there are any other hosts who have put so much thought into providing extra touches of all kinds to make their guests feel welcome. Then on top of that (again, literally) is the simply amazing rooftop space! With the weather we had it was tempting never to come down after breakfast and the meal we had up there from the local Indonesian restaurant was very special indeed. We also loved morning coffee on the little balcony and the location, nearby the city centre but peacefully away from the tourist bustle. The only thing we regret is that we didn't book for much longer! It was also a pleasure to meet Klass, a friendly and warmly open person who did everything to help us have a great stay.

  Disliked: We really can't think of anything to put here. The only bit we didn't like was having to go at the end of our visit!

  Our stay at Klaas and Renée’s was absolutely perfect and welcoming

  Liked: Beautiful, clean, cozy and welcoming. Really could not imagine a nicer place to stay. Great location, easy to walk or catch a bus in. Fabulous hosts with amazing generous breakfast. Very well thought out with every need being met.

  Disliked: Really can’t think of anything. I suppose if someone had trouble with stairs it could be a problem, although stairs are sturdy with good rails and lighting.

  Liked: It is very obvious that the owners take great care and attention to details, so that nothing is missing and the guest feel welcome and confortable. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city center but in a less touristic spot. It is also very close to the campus. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. There are nice places to have breakfast or a meal. The rooftop is a very nice touch, one just have to get lucky with the weather. You can rent a bike, which comes cheaper than in a bike shop or bike sharing programs.
