  Fairy-tale setting, fantastic staff, excellent facilities-cannot wait to come back

  Liked: Exceptional staff-kind and very accommodating despite our late arrival. The hostel is like a fairy tale with beautiful green spaces, a river, and surrounding forests perfect for walking. Quiet room and spotless, well-organized bathrooms, Complimentary breakfast with a great variety. One of the best places I've stayed in. Cannot wait to return-definitely recommended to everyone.

  Does the job on a budget

  Liked: The location itself is very nice, lots of walking and cycling trails. Bed was alright, USB port was useful. The free breakfast was better than expected.

  Disliked: Not near the centre if that's what you're after but you can get the bus to a stop nearby. Wasn't the cleanest and there was only one toilet and shower per room which weren't the nicest either.

  Decent stay, beautiful grounds

  Liked: The grounds are beautiful, great place for a walk, run or bike ride. The hostel itself is basic. No shampoo or soap, no hairdryer. The sheets were on top of the beds, you have to make the beds yourself, and rent towels if you need them. Breakfast was great, from cereals to deli meats, cheeses, breads.

  Disliked: It is a but noisy; easy to hear other guests.

  vry bad experience

  Disliked: The location was very remote, no towels, no soap no minimum facilities No food if someone checked late The bar guys were so reluctant to give even tap water I lost metal water bottle which were never found or deposited The dormitary was so badly ventilated. Bunkers were poor quality Finding the dormitory was a problem no proper guidance or indications.

  Magical place, nature at its best but careful, you my end up sleeping in a cabin not in the hotel

  Liked: Breakfast was very good and the surroundings are amazing.

  Disliked: We were sent to a room different from the one we reserved and it was in a building not attached to the main property. Everytime a door was closed, it was very noisy. We would have prefer to be informed at the moment of booking that our room was not in the main building because once you are there you have no choice that to take what they give you.

Please note that WiFi is not available in the rooms, only in the public areas of the hostel.

Please note that all guests must have a valid photo ID at check in.

AGE RESTICTIONS

Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay in private room and must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Guests aged 16 or 17 may also stay in a private room without being in the company of an adult, provided they can present a filled in consent form by their caretakers upon arrival at the hostel. Please send the hostel an email for the consent form.

ROOMS

Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.

AMENITIES

Please note that the beds are not made, except for Comfort Double Rooms, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival.

Towels are only included in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them at a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per towel.

GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night are considered a group reservation and different conditions apply. Group bookings can only be made through the hostel. Please contact the hostel directly for this. Stayokay reserves the right to cancel reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

Maximum length of stay is 7 nights. This also applies to multiple reservations totaling more than 7 nights.

CASHLESS

This is a cashless accommodations. You can pay contactless and with all major bank and credit cards. It is not possible to pay with cash in our accommodations.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A deposit may be required at the property.
