  Great vacation spot!

  Liked: House was very spacious and clean! Has practically everything you would need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable. Front yard is very nice. Lots of parking right outside. Great location.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the bathroom has mold and humidity is an issue on the bottom floor. You are provided a couple of rolls of toilet paper, and a trash bag, you are expected to buy more after that.

  Good for a budget stay

  Liked: The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the beach and the supermarket. There is a public parking lot in front of the apartment. It is easy to communicate with the host.

  Disliked: I am sorry for the low score I gave, but I was a bit disappointed when I arrived. The bedroom was on the lower floor, very humid and not well ventilated. The windows were not sound-proofing or light-proofing. As the apartment was next to a public parking lot, many cars would pass by or simply park in front of the windows, creating a lot of noise. I also found the pictures on booking a bit misleading, as the lighting was not good in the apartment, even during the day.

  A nice property with a cozy courtyard, but it requires more attention and care

  Liked: The only truly pleasant part of the house is the courtyard — it’s cozy, quiet, and a nice place to enjoy breakfast.

  Disliked: The house definitely needs better maintenance and a more thorough cleaning. Some of the photos don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The washing machine is in very poor shape, and the dishwasher has a strong unpleasant smell and damaged rubber seals — they’re technically available, but not really usable. The bedroom windows face a busy road with no sound insulation, so it’s quite noisy, especially at night. The overall condition of the house feels neglected: there’s mold in the shower, peeling paint on the walls, and hair on the bed sheets. The cleanliness in general was below expectations.
