Liked: The place is generally of high quality, well-maintained and very clean. The host (which resides in the basement) is friendly, responsive, and helpful The garden is small yet lush and well-kept with a couple of small tables guests can use Decent-sized balcony

Disliked: The place is a villa that offers rooms with access to a shared kitchen - while i was expecting a place offering units with a kitchen/kitchennet so I was naturally dismayed when i found it out but since there was a zero return policy there was nothing i could do so I said nothing. when i looked back at the listing i saw the room description did not say kitchen but if one filters the search results by kitchen/kitchennet (like I do) then one assumes the room does have it and can easily miss that. in any case, simply listing the room as having 'access to a shared kitchen' would have made things far more clear but that is not the case and moreover, the words 'shared kitchen' (or even just 'shared') do not appear anywhere even once in the property page so i feel this is a little misleading (especially when combined with a no return policy). The room itself didn't even have a mini-fridge or means to make coffee/tea. For a villa, it (including the garden) is of modest size, and there are multiple other houses adjacent to it so the experience is far less secluded then what one may expect and in addition it can get quite noisy at times when kids are having fun in a pool in an adjacent house just a few meters away, another neighbour using a power-tool, etc. For a kitchen that has to serve up to six rooms, it is of modest size which often leads to awkward dancing maneuvers when more then one person tries to use it at the same time. The nearest mini-market/cafe/bar is 10-15 min walk away. The doors to the room are not key-card operated nor even the self-latching kind but the ones you have to manually lock from the inside when you enter and from the outside when you exit. The shower cubical is very small (at least for a large sized male). The bathroom has a sliding door which leaves a noticeable gap on both sides so even when it's closed odors from the toilet will make it into the room.

Perfect location, all kinds of amenities in the area and great value for money

Liked: It is just a perfect location an the the value for money is perfect! The owner, Luisa, is always available to assist in every situation. This was my second stay there and I will definitely go back next Year.

Disliked: There was nothing to not like, it is just excellent! It all comes down to expectations, but please keep in mind it's not a hotel with a pool. I can't see why anyone would not like this place.

Liked: Very pleasant stay. The host was kind and welcoming, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere felt homely yet private. The room was spacious, and the bathroom comfortable with a large shower. Breakfast was basic but tasty and fresh. Highly recommended.
