- For stays longer than 2 weeks (long stays) cleaning will be carried out fortnightly, which will be an additional cost to be paid at the time (€45 per cleaning)

- The house has no capacity for extra beds, so its maximum capacity will be 4 pax (including children).

- According to the legislation in force in Portugal (and in other countries of the European Union) it is mandatory to communicate accommodation to the AIMA - Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo, a way to allow the control of all foreign citizens in national territory, being mandatory this communication within 3 days of your arrival. Therefore, it will be necessary to obtain the following information from all foreign citizens (including children), Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Country of Residence, Document number (ID or passport) and country document issuer. We warn that without this information it will not be possible for us by law to accommodate any foreign guest.
