Very good
Pleasant
Liked: Location
Disliked: The host changed the family studio we booked for a small studio (cheaper) without telling us, or billing us the right price. After complaining they assumed they changed it without telling us for their own interest, but didn't give us back the studio. They gave us the difference of the price. Desilusion.
Very poor
Not a good experience
Disliked: The team is very confused, not trained, miscommunicated in between. I made a reservation for 2 nights, which was confirmed, but in the end I could only stay 1 night. Entrance of the hall super disorganized. Upon check out, they don't give you invoice. Not a good experience.
