Fabulous
Disliked: Disappointing attitude towards guests We enjoyed many aspects of our ten-day stay, but the repeated barking of the owner’s guard dog near our bedroom seriously disturbed our peace. Despite raising the issue, no satisfactory solution was offered. Booking.com later confirmed that the host refused to approve any partial refund. The real disappointment is not just the disturbance, but the attitude afterwards. Once you’ve paid, you may find yourself with very little say if something goes wrong. Hospitality should also mean taking responsibility when guests have a legitimate complaint. EQ

Liked: Chiara is an excellent host. She provided services that were of very high quality. She went above in responding to any needs we had. She also volunteered assistance for every situation that arose. She also made sure to let us know that she was available at a moment's notice if we needed anything.
Disliked: The only unforeseen thing for us was that the location was further from the town center than we would have preferred.
What a great low key place to stay if you want to relax and be peaceful. Awesome surfing nearby
Liked: The Breakfast was more than ample and there was a variety of foods. Ham, cheese, mortadella, bread for toast. Pastries, coffee, juice, milk. There was a balcony to eat at and look out over the ocean. The location was great and if you had an ebike it was perfect for getting up the hills to town and the surf breaks. Ericeira was within walking distance and great exercise if you wanted to walk the 2 miles into town. I did it and enjoyed it. Great hiking trails below the property and friendly people who said Bom Dia when you passed them on the trail.
Disliked: I thought the place was well maintained and don't know what I could complain about. This property is a gem and I would rate it as an amazing budget friendly place to stay. The only thing that someone might not like is that there is a road outside and you could hear some cars passing by. If you are bothered by that then wear some earplugs. I did and I had extremely quiet and restful sleep.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious every morning, location was really good, close to the surf but also nice and quiet.
