Good
Liked: We arrived late. It took us ages to locate the entrance to the property. Some visual pictures with a map clearly showing how to find the entrace would be a very useful. Written text instructions are not enough. Otherwise we got the key fine and got in once we knew where we were going.
Disliked: The apartment itself is nice. The grounds of the apartment block including the pool area are of a poorer standard and need more regular maintenance and upkeep.

Liked: The space was awesome, short down hill walk into town and the beach. Nice big beds, lovely sitting room and balcony, pool was great too 👍

Disliked: Personally found the beds uncomfortable and it is a 15 -20 minute walk into town.
Terrible. The damp was so bad we both got so poorly and had to move out as no one responded
Disliked: No answer from the host and no instructions until 3pm the day of check in. When we moved in, the heating units were not working (and it was very damp and cold!). They sent instructions on how to use the heating units, but when we continued to call them and message them to explain they were broken, they just ignored us. The shower was also broken in one of the bathrooms, and the towels were not able to dry as it was so cold and damp. We ended up having to leave, as we both got so poorly and could not sleep well due to the cold. We asked for a part refund, but the booking agents were extremely unhelpful and deflected the problem. Extremely disappointed as we tried for 10 days to rectify the issue.
Liked: Two bathrooms technically one as second toilet bowl is cracked and doesn’t work. No calls or messages returned when asking to fix.
Disappointing
Liked: The host let us waiting for hours before answering us and nobody replied to our messages and found broken items when we arrived. for the amount of money we paid was really not worth it
