Very good
Great location
Liked: Great location, friendly staff
Disliked: Staff gave us bad information multiple times. Breakfast is 10€ and is absolutely horrible
It was an okay stay, good location, but won’t be back in a rush
Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: We checked in early, and our key cards didn’t work we came back for a wedding. Thank goodness I had a SIM card to phone the hotel, we waited outside for 1.5 hours in the middle of the night. They staff onsite apparently couldn’t be woken up. We had to wait for another member of staff to come accross town to open up for us. We also paid for a sea view, which was a gross exaggeration compared to the photo. There was a tiny view of the sea if you stood on your toes to see the sea from the view. The room actually looked out onto a wall.
Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at WOT Ericeira! A big thank you to the whole team, especially Renato and Inês, for their kindness and warm hospitality. You made it so easy to enjoy my stay. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
Do not stay here
Liked: The location of this property was great - close to shops / and city centre
Disliked: Room smelt damp and stale. When we first entered the room and even when we opened the windows for fresh air, it smelt the entire time we were there. I asked to move room, and they wouldn’t let me. It smelt like there was water damage in the room and it was really putrid. They did not provide us with towels (on two separate occasions). We had to ask for them they were not helpful or kind - and made it seem like an inconvenience. They also did not give us toilet paper. We had to ask for this everyday.
Reall Enjoyed our stay and nay we’ll be back
Liked: Close to the sea and the town centre
Disliked: Good vibe all around. Good to have a fridge in the room
Liked: Good location, tasty breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We did not like our room on the first floor and they moved us to a better room on the 2nd floor.
