  Awesome place..Higly recommended

  Liked: Big spacious property which can easily accommodate 4 people..All amenities are up and running.Fully functional kitchen and big fridge is cherry on the top!! Have a beautiful sea view.

  Spacious apartment in a beautiful place

  Liked: Great apartment, beautiful view from the balcony, awesome location near restaurants. Our late check-in was accomodated and check out was smooth.

  Disliked: The parking was for extra cost which we hadn't anticipated when booking. Getting into the garage was also a bit challenging if not used to narrow spaces.

  Spacious, well furnished flat at the top of the residential building with a great location and view

  Liked: Location of the flat is very good. It's not directly in the bustling part of Funchal but you can easily get there on foot. Many very good restaurants are close by and the view from the balcony is great. We enjoyed not having someone living above us but using the top flat. The flat is very spacious, tidy and clean well furnished. We had everything we needed there. It was possible to use the parking garage for a small extra fee, which was a great option compared to on the street parking. The communication with the host was great and prompt. We would recommend this accommodation and would also book it again.

  Disliked: There was bit of a drain smell from one of the bathrooms and the showers were slightly problematic. One was missing a shower door and the other one was difficult to operate because we had to pull the button out in order to use the overhead shower head which seemed counter-intuitive. The host helped us with that, so from then on it wasn't it problem anymore. Other than that it was a bit cold because the flat doesn't have radiators but this is mainly due the time of year we went to Madeira. It's probably very welcome in the warmer summer months. Last but not least, the otherwise fully equipped kitchen had no plates but I feel like this must have been by accident because it had everything else. Not a deal breaker at all, just mentioning it in case it's always like that.

  Liked: Facilities were beyond what we expected, and the view was excellent. Could stand out on that balcony forever! Close to several restaurants and supermarkets and only a short stroll to the beach and pool.

  Disliked: Very noisy outside throughout the night. No choice but to leave the windows open to let some fresh air in due to lack of cooling
