Great location in town centre and wonderful accommodation with parking outside property. Bonus
Liked: Location is excellent, in the town centre and able to park car right outside accommodation. The house is large inside with both a bathroom, shower room and kitchen. Lovely balcony outside bedroom and patio for relaxing in the evenings. Wonderful to have a basket of local food as a welcome treat. So much to see in Furnas and all walkable from the house. Perfect.
Convenient and private home away from home in the heart of Furnas
Liked: This was a wonderful place overall - very spacious, with everything you need to feel at home. I especially loved the kitchen (fully stocked with kitchenware) and washing machine! The hosts were accommodating and communicative, allowing me to drop my bags off early and providing thoughtful welcome gifts including local foods. There is free street parking, and I was able to find a spot very close to the apartment. Plenty of storage space as well, and although I didn't need them, I saw lots of helpful accommodations for families (e.g., a crib and a small extra bed in the bedroom). The backyard was great, with gorgeous views and a nice little private area. The street was very quiet overall despite being located so close to everything! An ideal place to feel at home while enjoying all that Furnas has to offer.
Disliked: The apartment was serviceable but could have been cleaner, with some surfaces and tools appearing dirty and noticeable dust (I'm allergic to dust mites and was sneezing). Everything was functional, however, and nothing was unacceptably dirty.

Liked: Excellent location, close to Furnas attractions. Clean house. Attentive host.
Disliked: Downstairs very cold on early Apr evenings.
Liked: Location was central and close to everything. Parking on the street was easy to find and close. Was quiet with little traffic.
Disliked: There wasn't a decent source of heat on the main floor, and it was damp and cold. There was a space heater, but for the size of the room it was not enough. The house was closed up for a while I think, so it smelled a bit damp and dusky until we opened up the windows and aired it out for a while. I would recommend another heat source or two, and a couple of dehumidifiers for the place.
