  Lovely apartment with fantastic view

  Liked: The apartment was really lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The views over Monchique were amazing. Our hosts were great, especially with the directions to get to the property, which are tricky and through narrow streets, but their directions got us parked safely. We had a lovely stay and its a pity we could only stay 1 night.

  Liked: The host and the housekeeper Lucinda were so helpful! I discovered that I had unfortunately left my Kindle reader at Casa Lilia- they located my Kindle and Lucinda brought it to a central location so that I could retrieve it when we drove back to Monchique the next day. I so appreciated them both! Beautiful casa! I

  Liked: The location was excellent and it was very easy to access the building. The suite was super cute and very comfortable.

  Disliked: The wifi did not reach out suite and bone of us could use it. The bathroom smelt very strongly of sewer and there was a large dog in the building behind us that barked all day and sporadically through the night.

  Lovely place. Quiet spot and ideal for walking

  Liked: Location was quiet and close to excellent restaurants

  Disliked: The wall into the kitchen was very low and we banged our heads a few times. Could maybe do with something to warn you as you enter

  Exceptional

  Liked: Great apartment on the top floor; only stayed one night but would be a great place for longer stay; walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: Vehicle parking was really the only problem... 2 meter(7ft) wide street was CRAZY narrow..barely able to get car to the residence after many trials to trick GPS since old roads are crazy; got super lucky with a parking spot only 40 meters away but there is only space for three cars..best of luck with that task.

  Liked: Very nice and comfortable apartment. Wonderful view over the village. Great support from host with video to find the right way.
