  Liked: Great breakfast, amazing location

  Disliked: Bad pillows, AC wasn't working well, walls are not soundproof, and we heard cars outside and people going out of their rooms

  Excellent place to stay

  Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing. Really approachable and friendly but unobtrusive. I've rarely experienced such professionalism. The quality and variety of the spa treatments was second to none. And sitting drinking my morning coffee overlooking the view was sublime. Parking was a little awkward (not a bad thing, it just meant a bit more manoeuvring was needed. The electric charging had enough space for slightly longer vehicles.

  Disliked: I know veganism is still very much in a minority, but the movement is growing, so I feel a little more variety, especially with the breakfast and evening buffets, could be considered (eg; the chia in yoghurt could have a vegan alternative as well). Otherwise, the quality of the food was excellent and the vegan options that were available were very tasty.

  We enjoyed the privacy in a quiet, clean and relaxed environment

  Liked: A very relaxed, quiet and clean resort. Very kind staff. The heated and covered outside pool is perfect for a stay outside summertime. Spacious rooms with a large terrace. The small kitchen is well equiped to make a snack or even dinner.

  Disliked: The diversity and quality of the food was good but not spectacular. We had expected more different dishes and some meat and fish straight from the grill. The dinner is excluding drinks. A "drink package" including wine and beer costs 6 euros for adults and 3 for kids.

  Checking in was seamless. The staff were amazing:). We wish we would have stayed a bit longer

  Liked: We booked a terrace mountain view room. Our room was huge with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms. The bed was a king bed and very comfortable. The pool was really nice, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

  Liked: Very luxury hotel, beautiful and nice room and super tasty breakfast, parking in garage. Pool was opened, but water was not hot in pool. So, if cold and refreshing water is ok for you, then it was great.

  Disliked: Location a bit far from center, too intrusive and caring team for us, we like to go at our own pace, but they were always waiting next to you, while you park, while you picked up your things, etc. The bed was too hard for us. Sauna and indoor treatments were with additional fee.

Please note, for safety reasons, access to the Gym and Spa areas is only available to guests over 16 years of age. Guest access to the Spa area is not included in the rates, unless otherwise specified in the room description.

All children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing sofa beds in Family Suites.

For pre-payed reservations the property will provide detailed information on how to proceed with the payment, such as a link to a secure payment platform.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
