  Central and spacious

  Liked: Great location, plenty of room

  Disliked: No headboard on the bed makes for uncomfortable sleeping. The shower head holder was broken and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom makes it smell. A standing fan or something is required for the heat this time of year.

  Liked: The location was exceptional. And the window had an amazing view. They provided water and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely touch. The check in and check out was easy and well communicated.

  Disliked: The bathroom shower head didn’t stay attached m. So it had to be used as a hand shower instead.

  I just enjoyed the bed and kitchen

  Liked: The kitchen is good!

  Disliked: The room was very cold! The toilet was cold and have bad smell! For the cold weather, you cannot use too much electricity at the same time! The door was old and had hole, and the corner of the door cannot closed and fit, have a gap and the wind came from that corner! After a heavy rain, many ants come to the house that from the corner of the door.

  The perfect base for exploring this beautiful medieval town

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Anna's House for 2 nights. We really appreciated being able to check in early—thank you for the flexibility! The location is ideal for experiencing the local culture and ambiance. The house is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is compact, which is understandable given the charm of this medieval town—but it was perfectly manageable for my 6'2" husband. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

  A comfortable house (if I discount the tiny bathroom)

  Liked: Ana's House is a very comfortable place to stay in. Very well located, right on the main street and it gets really quiet at nigh so superb for a good night's sleep. The kitchen has all the amenities. Pots and pans are provided so it's a breeze to cook. We were provided 2 coffee pods. The living room was a super comfortable space with a sofa and an additional bed and the windows opened on to the main street.

  Disliked: We used an uber but beware that it is not s direct drop to the doorstep. It drops you at the village gates and then it's a 10 minute cobblestone walk so those with suitcases are forewarned. Tiny springy bed and a tiny washroom barely 3 feet wide, 10 feet in length and 7 feet in height. Large or tall people will struggle. Response time can vary sometimes needing multiple reminders even on WhatsApp. This can definitely be improved. Did not provide sugar for the stay. Nearest market is next to a gas station, 500 m from the city gates (there is a laundry there too) and the supermarkets continente and pingo doce are almost 1km away. Nothing nearer.

  Liked: We asked to enter earlier because we have one toddler and one baby, and that was possible. Clean house and with facilities to make house warm and cozy.

  Disliked: The only thing I can say is that house is short (my husand has 1,86m and almost beat his head in the roof in some points).
