  Wonderful GEM, beautiful, clean and friendly staff

  Liked: Loved the hotel. Parking available right in front of the hotel. We were traveling with an 86 year old with mobility issues so it was wonderful to have a spot nearby. The receptionists are an absolute marvel for this hotel. I hope the owners realize what gems and professionals they have. 5 stars especially to the 2 ladies. The rooms are very well decorated and personal and beautifully cleaned and maintained. TV works per as does the aircon and we were so happy to have a balcony/varanda and could open the windows to admire the view. Various places to est around the hotel and the hotel has a lovely snack bar on thd ground floor. Very good breakfast included in the price. We liked it so much that we will return again and again. Beautiful poetry from the poet José Régio used within the design.

  Liked: Everything was ok.Cleaners were doing amazing job puttinng my cave in the order every day.Breakfast was very good

  Disliked: My airconditioning was keep lagging so first and last nights was very hot.Also make sure there are no festivals or children competitions as they run like crazy screeming or its 7am or midnight banging to all doors
