Exceptional
Great host, great place 😊
Liked: Love the tranquility of the area, beautiful.
Disliked: Only down is the only bathroom is downstairs but we knew that...
Liked: The apartament was clean, cozy, had a local spirit. Beds and beddings were very comfortable. Was nice to sit outside. The place is quiet. Sintra and west coastline beaches, Ericeira were easy to reach by car (~30 min.). Car was easy to park nearby the house.

Liked: Wonderful, very cozy house. If you like the feeling of a place with history, natural wood, real stone walls, then you will definitely like this house. We were pleasantly surprised by the silence. You can sleep with the windows open and hear only birds and the rustling of the trees. The house is well equipped, perhaps the only thing missing is a dishwasher. But there is a heater not only in the rooms, but also in the bathroom, which is a rarity:) We spent a wonderful week in this house, we are very grateful to the hosts for their hospitality. On the day of arrival, wonderful fruits, milk and even soup were waiting for us!
A nice house for no more than four people
Liked: The house is in a nice location and it's in a quiet area. It's a nice house for no more than four people as there is only one bathroom. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It's our fault that we rented a house with only one bathroom (there were six of us), and the only bathroom is off the kitchen - not an opportune area. Also, the third bedroom can only be reached by going through the master bedroom, and that's not practical either. It did not work well for our group. Because the house is very, very old, it does have plumbing issues that the owner warned us about. Again, not a good fit for six people. We had paid for four nights, but ended up leaving for another place that had three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second day of our stay and eating the cost for the rest of the stay.
Liked: Big and clean house. Comfortable large beds. There is everything you need.
Disliked: Cold stone stairs. It was cold in the kitchen. But I think this problem only during the cold season. (We were there in February.
An excellent place for a group stay
Liked: A super cute place with a really lovely host. They left us some treats as a welcome gift and got in touch about some things we forgot… we slept really well!
