Fabulous
Liked: I like old buildings which the main house was but all the antique furniture in ours was beautiful. Also we were left a most beautiful lemon drizzle cake wine meats cheese.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Very warm welcome from the host Beatriz who very kindly left a bottle of wine and home made cake (and other helpful supplies like milk and bread, cheese and ham!). The apartment is charming and spacious and thoughtfully decorated and we felt at home immediately. It is within walking distance of the historic centre and other places of interest. And there is a lovely garden to relax and enjoy an evening glass of wine. Highly recommended!
Homely, charming and super location
Liked: The reception was very personal by the host, and we were welcomed with a cake freshly baked by her mother, as well as a bottle of wine and breakfast with home-made jam. The location is great, in the old city but very quiet and close to beautiful walks.

Disliked: Everything was perfect
Liked: Very old fashioned damp beds, smelt very fusty, shower was rubbish. Uphill to the centre and the gated property wasn't that easy to get in and out. I wouldn't have stayed there if it hadnt looked so good on the pictures. I am sure there are much nicer places to stay there, but we made the most of it only using it to shower and sleep. Disappointing though after a year wait.
Great stay at Beatriz’s place and very cozy!
Liked: Very unique, close by all historic buildings and Sintra’s centre. Also kept in a very rustic and vintage atmosphere.
