Fabulous
Liked: The staff, especially Daniel was amazingly helpful! At breakfast, the staff was pleasant and bubbly.
Disliked: There's nothing wrong with this place. This city is all one-way. If you're driving here or taking an Uber, please talk to the staff at the hotel before heading out.

Liked: Great location, wonderful breakfast and friendly and helpful staff!
Disliked: The only improvement we could think of would be if breakfast could start a little earlier, say 730, as most people staying in Sintra want to be out the door by 830-9 to go see all the sights. Everything was amazing, just the only adjustment we would make if possible.

Convenient location, character building and good value
Liked: Great location to walk to historic town centre. Simple but more than adequate breakfast in adjacent building. Delicious pizza/pasta restaurant next door and open later than some others nearby.
Disliked: Bit confusing on arrival in the dark…had to watch the video to find the keys which are at their adjacent Boutique Hotel tucked under an arch. Address says #15, but it’s actually #17. Lots of stairs to lug suitcase up! Tiny shower with wonderful pressure but nearly flooded over onto floor. We had to pull our beds away from wall to avoid hitting head on window coverings when open. Uber cannot pick up here during day, must walk about 6 minutes to centre of town to wait….sadly ours never showed up and my wifi wouldn’t work well in Sintra.

Liked: The guest house is in the centre of Sintra. the room was large with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable
