  The best villa for a relaxing vacation plan

  Liked: The house was incredibly clean and very well equiped. We highly enjoyed our stay and very strongly recommend it. Pedro (the person in charge of the house) was so welcoming and made us feel like home at all times.

  Disliked: Although it wouldn't always be a problem (depending on the activities you are planning on doing and the means of transportation you want to use), the location is not ideal.

  Pleasant stay

  Liked: This house is spacious beautifully decorated and has plenty of room. However it is important to note that the rental is for the upper level of the home. The house has three well decorated bedrooms and a large kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer which is sooo helpful! The owner met us at the property with a lovely bottle of wine chilled! What a nice gesture and gave us a tour of the property which has a lovely outdoor sitting area with a bbq to use! There is also a trampoline for the kids which is nice as well The one big drawback for this house is it’s on a very loud and busy street. There is not much around so you have to drive. The noise from the traffic is quite loud and goes till late at night.

  Disliked: Location is not ideal. In the middle of nowhere

  It was a hidden oasis! Conveniently close to Casais and Sintra

  Liked: Pedro was very kind and welcoming

  Disliked: Navigation was confusing and didn’t take us directly there and was on a busy street that was hard to turn left onto.

  A truly superb apartment within easy reach of Sintra

  Liked: The hosts wete charming, helpful (lots of suggestions) and had a chilled bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. The apartment was really spacious and done to a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen and many modern conveniences. There were some truly marvellous creative touches to the decor. The garden was beautiful and equally spacious with a very comfortable logia. It was close to Sintra and only 30 minutes from the elegant resort of Cascais and beaches. We had a super meal at the Incomum restaurant in Sintra.

  Disliked: The one and only slight downside was that the property was right next to the extremely busy N9. That said, the traffic was continuous so became white noise which we stopped noticing. We happlly stayed there and chilled the day the temperature hit 37 degrees C. The rest easily made up for any road noise. Don't let it put you off.

  Beautiful country home near Sintra

  Liked: We loved this house! I especially loved the garden area that includes a swing and plum trees, a grill and couches. The lighting outside was beautiful! Inside the main house, there was plenty of room and had such a large, beautiful kitchen. Many people mentioned the busy road, but it didn't bother us at all. The property is fully gated and the host Pedro was able to give us so many suggestions of restaurants in the area. There is also a local meat market and very nice bakery within walking distance from the home. The home was very clean and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. A very beautiful home!

  Disliked: Nothing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

  A home away from home - in the sunshine ☀️

  Liked: The house and grounds are lovely, the house having everything one would need. Everything is tastefully furnished and feels really fresh. Just really friendly and helpful too. A perfect break!

  Disliked: A bit too near the main road so earplugs came in handy
