Fabulous
Liked: Staff were excellent and very helpful. Good breakfast and spacious room. Good location for walking to Peña Palace and the Moorish Castle. Nice to have a balcony with a good view of the palace.
Disliked: Bathroom fittings could do with attention. Rain shower head came off wall, poor water pressure in shower. Shower leaked. Tricky main door lock with loose handle.
A decent hotel with breakfast
Liked: A good hotel, nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either. The breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate, and the beds are comfortable. Parking on the hotel premises costs €5, but there is really no need to pay for it as free street parking is available nearby. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Sintra centre is about a 30-minute walk away, although parking in the centre was more difficult during our stay due to an event.
Disliked: Nothing.
A lovely time
Liked: Location of room and being near family with their room
Disliked: No staff on desks
Friendly and sweet. A pearl in Sintra
Liked: Friendliness and location. Had a private area for myself.
A nice property with spacious rooms and breakfast
Liked: Could be a lovely place. Reception and other staff lovely and helpful.
Disliked: Lighting in room dreadful. Kettle had to be plugged in inside a cupboard. Leak in the ceiling puddle on floor. Towels very tired. Lack of reception staff on premises.
