Above expectations
Liked: Great common areas. Super friendly staff. Amazing location. Check-in was possible earlier, as it should if availability is there. Very clean and cozy place. Above expectations for this price. Rooms might feel a little small but they are for four people, so it's enough. As someone who's been in countless of hostels around the world, inclusion of towel and linen (no need to make your bed) is absolutely a plus.
Disliked: There's no oven. When the place is packed, the kitchen might be busy. Nothing to complain though.
really lovely guest house, great location, cosy and comfortable
Liked: Such a lovely homely feeling guest house, there was a lounge space, a kitchen, it was really clean. Great value for money. Great location not far from train station and easy to get to the Moorish castle & Pena Palace, many restaurants near by. Really glad I stayed here and recommend.
Disliked: Minor thing, is that the gates were still locked at 9am the next day, meaning I couldn't get out when I needed to for breakfast, as I wasn't given the combination for unlocking the gate. I texted the emergency mobile number and by 9.30 gates were opened, however I did find this a bit stressful. Other than this the perfect place

Liked: The location was good. Good kitchen and lounge room.
Disliked: The beds where practically like you are sleeping in the same bed with someone else, no privacy. Going up and down isn't easy too. Super small rooms. Toilets and bathroms very cramped, nowhere to hang your towel or clothes. Need to get into one hundred doors to get into the rooms. No reception most of the time and they dont reply to WhatsApp messages.
It was ok for what I needed it for
Liked: Location was good, staff were pleasant and the facility was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom on the floor I was on is need of some maintenance and repairs.

Disliked: The shower system is terrible. Each time you press the button, the water runs for only 20 seconds, so you have to keep pressing it throughout your shower.
