Exceptional
Great appartment- enjoyed our stay!
Liked: Clean and bright. Plenty space for family of 5. Lovely host with precise information regarding access & accomodated early luggage drop before check in time so we could enjoy our day. 2 bathrooms were very useful. Great location to walk to many attractions. Train noise didn't bother us- strangely soothing!
Disliked: Nothing specific to note- perhaps if we were staying longer additional seating in lounge area? Wouldn't recommend for those with mobility issues- otherwise access is easy up short flight of stairs.
Wonderful apartment in Sintra
Liked: Everything was outstanding. Clean, spacious, comfortable, with everything you could possibly need (and more). Great location.
Disliked: Not a thing.
Liked: Great location: easy to walk just about anywhere in Sintra (including Pena Palace, but it's more of a trek than a walk), 5 minutes to train/bus station. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 5-15 minute walk. The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfy for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Loved the covered patio (even though it was January). Alexandra was prompt and thorough with communication and was quickly available when we had a couple of minor issues.
Fantastic host, very kid friendly place, great location to explore Sintra and the castles
Liked: Easy check in. Very communicative host. Kid friendly place with a crib, high chair, and the kids adored the provided toys. Host provided local tips. Good location, quiet building but close to restaurants, and good spot to explore Sintra including the famous castles. Parking was available for us, but is not guaranteed.
Disliked: Parking spots are tight and not guaranteed, but that was clearly communicated.
Great location, close to public transport for sightseeing Sintra
Liked: A clean, spacious and well supplied apartment for a family. Washing machine and dryer were very handy. Free parking outside but could be a bit tight at times. One flight of stairs to the apartment. Very close to train station but bear in mind you'd have to climb stairs with suitcases from the street to where the apartment is located.
Disliked: The mattresses on the single beds were not comfortable and could do with replacing.
Liked: The apartment is beautiful, with great taste. Very comfortable. The communication with the host is easy. We loved our stay.
