Exceptional
We enjoyed everything about Sintra. Nice people, incredible places of interest, and a lovely hotel
Liked: The breakfast was incredible. Exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would change is having it start a little earlier! We had a beautiful view from our room window and the room itself was very nice. The bathroom was so elegant with all the marble!
Disliked: Nothing but an earlier breakfast. I would still stay here again, though, even without it.
Liked: Fantastic hotel in the heart of of the historic town rather than being out at the station. Beautiful room and breakfast with very friendly and welcoming staff.
Relaxing stay in Sintra
Liked: We loved this hotel. Staff was amazing and the property is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the view from room and terrace was fabulous. Would absolutely recommend it when staying in Sintra.
Perfect place with unbelievably amazing staff
Liked: Alexandra was beyond kind and helpful. She accommodated all of our needs. We were there for a wedding at Casa dos Penedos which is literally next door. It was my son's wedding so nerves were a little high. But Alexandra's calmness and professionalism took all of our nerves away. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is.The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Many amenities, comfortable and welcoming. The views were spectacular! The location was perfect for the wedding but also to walk to Sintra's downtown. Close to many attractions.

Liked: The view from our room was stunning. We could use the terrace to hang out with our friends which also had an amazing view over the palaces.
Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Sintra
Liked: Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Sintra. Short walk to historic center. Tastefully decorated, clean, elegant. Our room was very comfortable with an amazing vue from the balcony overlooking the national palace and the old town. Breakfast is top notch, one of the best we’ve had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sinitra without hesitation.
Disliked: Parking can be a challenge. The hotel offers 2 free parking spots close by, otherwise, if those are taken, you have to park 2 kilometers away and take an uber. Communication via email or messaging via the app was hit or miss. Best to use whatsapp for faster response.
