Exceptional
Liked: The property was spacious and set in beautiful grounds. We liked the open spaces and it was close distance by car to the supermarket. The rooms are well furnished although may be a little dated. We had everything we needed and the various balcony spaces were enjoyable. The host was very communicative!
Disliked: The kitchen is a little small but it is well stocked if you rummage through the cupboards. When we were staying, the neighbour had a very loud party which meant you had to keep the windows closed as we didn't have their contact details. The water temp of the showers was also not consistent and it could take a long time to get warm. We showered in the outdoor shower which was solar panelled. The house/hallways are very echoey. Wifi could be a little patchy at times in the bedrooms but were ok in the main living spaces.
We relaxed most days by the pool enjoyed the leave and quiet! We cooked a lot in and eat on the terrace which was lovel
Liked: Very spacious two family’s shared between four adults and six children. Kids loved the pool and adults loved all the pine trees surrounding the house very peaceful & quiet!
Disliked: We would have liked a bbq gas or electric the stone was to much work not easy at all so used the oven to cook a lot. Maybe some fans in the bedrooms as a little warm for the kids! We ended up with an electric car and found charging it very time consuming and difficult to find charge areas available! so a charge point. We left all the rubbish at the front of the gates which we felt awful about but no bin location.
Beautiful place to stay, convenient for Sintra & Lisbon
Liked: Loved the peaceful location, the space and decor, the pool, terraces and look feel of the property, a home from home - but bigger!
Disliked: Only minor but the door catches stuck sometimes & need a car as nothing nearby.
If yo7 want to feel that you have been given access to a friend’s house, this the one for you
Liked: Very quiet location, rooms were well furnished and comfortable
Disliked: There were no instructions for any of the appliances, or checkout instructions. Nowadays the coffee machine was basic and actually failed on the third day.
We had a great family time both in the villa and visiting local area
Liked: There is loads of space both inside and out All rooms well equipped and comfortable. There weee 9 family members staying and we never felt cramped Pool area was lovely. The grounds surrounding the villa are great. Remote location was just what we wanted but it is close enough to beaches and tourist attractions
Disliked: Nothing!! It was all lovely
We all loved the privacy. Lot of space indoor and outdoor, a great pool. We all lovede it
Liked: Perfect for our 3 generation family. Host did answwr all quest7ons super Quick.
Disliked: Handles on doors were difficult and noisy. I guess the host will fix this very soon. We did not Brother to give her the message during our stay.
