Liked: The place is very cosy
Disliked: Bathroom smell. Sewage smell. Old
We had a pleasant stay in Villa das Rosas
Liked: The room (number 12) was was very good, spacious and clean. Nothing to complain, no smell. Nice swimming pool, chilly water but refreshing. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit was nice, warm dishes only omelet and sausage.
This is a b&b guest house so after breakfast no food or drinks available
Liked: Very quiet location away from the town. Only 15 minutes walk into Sintra. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok
Disliked: If you had a late breakfast the choices were not great as some items were not topped up in time or ran out
Relaxed stay and extremely good staff
Liked: Two things stand out and they were the excellence of the staff and the breakfasts. The rooms are quirky but very good and the bed was extremely comfortable,
Disliked: There is nothing not to like.
Very enjoyable
Liked: Room was excellent (Castle view room), cleaning was superb. Breakfast was self service and perfectly adequate; cold breakfast was better than the hot breakfast.
Disliked: Only a small car park and some people felt it was ok to take up 2 paces!
