Liked: Quiet place next to pilgrims route.

Disliked: Bad smell, this pension needs better ventilation. The nearest place to eat is 1.5 km away.

  It is what it is

Liked: 50m from Nubledo station, quiet, reasonable price if you don't mind taking the local train for 30 minutes from Oviedo. Remember to factor in train costs.

Disliked: Staff are obviously used to complaints. Moths, cockroaches and other insects abound. There's a coffee machine and microwave. Bring your own food and drink. Also bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The cleaner could use an insect spray but doesn't. The same insects were in the room 3 days running. No smoke or fire alarms. No CCTV. Handwritten signs announcing the no smoking ban from 2009 still on the walls. Bedding from the 1970s..Awful hard bed. It is really only worth it if you are on a tight budget but don't want to share a dorm.
