  A very comfortable stay and a great host. Would definitely recommend and stay again in future

  Liked: The property was clean and had everything we could need. Celia was so helpful and took care to make sure we were comfortable. Location was perfect. We loved the ease of being centrally located and travelling to different parts of the island. The beach and town was easily accessible. Property had a garage and that was a big plus. We all enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: The property felt a bit cold without much sunlight entering the property and we had to use extra blankets at night. The main room mattress was very hard and could have more comfy pillows. Someone had parked in front of our garage the first morning and we had to knock door to door

  Perfect place close to the city center and airport

  Liked: The place is really great! It is spacious, equipped with wooden furniture with a lot of sense for detail. There is a large and fully equipped kitchen, large living room and three bedrooms with two spacious bathrooms. The garage is convenient for parking as it is not always easy to find a place on the street.

  Disliked: A heater would be nice for the colder december days. The source of hot water is limited, perfectly fine for showers but not enough to enjoy a full bathtub:-).

  Exceptional

  Liked: Really good accommodation. Host was very kind and helpful. Big rooms and big kitchen fully equipped. You can park outside down the street or inside the garage. But mostly somebody park in front of the garage so if you park inside you will not able to go out of garage. Big supermarket 4 min by car.

  Superb

  Liked: We had a lovely 12-day Christmas stay at this property. The property is in Arrecife which is in an ideal location to travel around the whole island and see all the stunning sceneries and landscapes. Some useful points for future residents: —> The apartment is comfortable and big and could easily fit our 6 family members. —> It was very convenient to have a washing machine and tumbler! —> The land lady was very helpful, kind and responsive to all our questions. Also, early on we found that the hair drier was broken and she replaced it immediately. —> The kitchen is big and well laid out. —> The hot water does run out if too many people are running the showers at the same time, but once we realised that we could coordinate the showers so this wasn’t a problem at all. The hot water takes around 20 minutes to heat up again. —> The private parking garage (fits 1 car) was very useful as the street is quite built up so nearby on-street parking places are difficult to find in the evenings. —> The property is on the first floor (above the garage) so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. —> There’s a bathroom (with a bath) on the ground floor directly beside the garage. This was great for rinsing and leaving wet surf equipment to dry off. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Lanzarote! Thanks very much!

  Cosy apartment with local feel to surrounding neighbourhood

  Liked: Host was exceptionally responsive, friendly and helpful Neighbourhood felt safe in all hours Spacious especially given the price Kitchen was well-equipped

  Disliked: Slightly noisy in master bedroom overnight Beds were a bit hard
