Liked: Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent and worth the price, Excellent hotel to relax
Disliked: A bit far from downtown Palma. There is a bus line 10 min walk from hotel. Bus every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes to take you to the cathedral
Did not get what we paid for
Disliked: We were travelling with friends and upon arrival were informed that one of the rooms was not available. We were transferred to a sister hotel nearby, which was not the hotel we had booked or paid for. It was not nearly as nice as the AluaSoul, was not Adult Only and wasn't in as good a location. We were very disappointed.

Lovely hotel but Food let’s can it done badly
Liked: Beautiful hotel, immaculately kept, staff were exceptional but the food except for dessert leaves a lot to be desired to much repetition of Pork not enough chicken, beef salmon, prawns etc not enough variety of vegetables mostly peas, green bean and peppers. My favourite club not worth extra money food in the dedicated room for my favourite club guests was horrible, drinks were fine plenty tea coffee and soft drinks roof pool was lovely but not toilets.

When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.
Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. Only one dog is permitted per room.
