Fabulous
Another wonderful hassle-free stay at Isla Del Sol
Liked: Excellent location - airport (10 mins max in taxi) - shops/supermarkets (nearest is 2 mins walk) - beach (5 mins walk) Customer service excellent as before (we have stayed here multiple times) - all staff friendly, welcoming & happy to help to ensure you have a super enjoyable stay Locked luggage room available - swimming pool - bar/restaurant - pool table - cleaning service every 2-3 days Air conditioning in studios and apartments
Disliked: Wi-Fi can be patchy in some apartments further away from main reception (but not a show-stopper for us) There could perhaps be better use of space/furniture in the studio apartments which would make them even better (ie utilising wasted corridor space for storage or slimline sideboard; a few extra power sockets to avoid 1 appliance only being used at once; slimline bedside table or shelf for the 2nd of the twin beds rather than having to put items on the floor next to the bed instead

Friendly and welcoming
Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The welcome package of drinks and snacks when we arrived was a very unexpected but sweet gift.
