Exceptional
Very disappointed that the Aircon was out of order for 5 days, considering how hot Palma is
Liked: Close proximity to the beach and the friendly staff.
Disliked: Location is pretty far away from all decent restaurants. Restaurants close by are pretty dingy. The breakfast restaurant (which is separate to the hotel) was not the greatest. We had no Aircon for our entire 5 night stay as it was out of order. Staff apologised profusely but it was still not fixed during our stay which really was not on.
Liked: Location, the pool and very friendly helpful staff

Liked: The hotel was great. Truly boutique, great location about 5 minute walk from a number of restaurants and bars and bus stop right outside the hotel that had very frequent buses to Palma centro. Staff were amazing - couldn’t do enough. Big thanks to Pablo especially who was lovely!
Disliked: Small thing, but the lighting in the room and switches were super inconsistent- the light switches seemed to do different lights at different times! Only a small thing though.
Liked: Chill stay.The staff are kind and helpful.
Disliked: Only thing is the guy told taxi cost 30euro from hotel to airport the day before while the other day the lady helped call the taxi that cost 45euro.But it’s a private Benz mini bus.Though it is too big as we don’t have any baggages,just me and my 13 year old son,it’s still a good experience on the mini bus.
