Fabulous
Lovely hotel, bus stop right outside and regular buses to Palma, great food and comfy rooms
Liked: We stayed for 3 nights and quickly got used to the hotel and facilities - lovely pool area, indoor spa and great restaurant! Glass of cava offered at each evening meal was a lovely touch! Staff were friendly and attentive, food choices very good, lots on offer for different tastes.
Disliked: There was no evening entertainment despite there being a large music room downstairs - we went in October so maybe as it was out of season no entertainment was on?
Pleasant location and a nice hotel
Liked: The location is great, especially the bus station right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to go to Palma, cozy atmosphere, very nice breakfast, two pools that weren't very crowded
Disliked: Our air conditioner didn't work properly, so we asked the staff to fix it but it took too long and we could enjoy our cooled room only a couple of days.
Liked: The gardens, the Mid century interior staircase. A spacious room.
Good stay
Liked: I liked the big terrace in the room and the view, I liked the pool and the proximity of a bus stop
Disliked: I didn’t like that some parts of the hotel were really broken or done poorly in the area of construction- the floor in the room was not letting us open the door to the room, the tiles are very wonky and in some places I had to be careful when walking
Great location with beautiful beaches nearby
Liked: Great location, with the bus to Palma stopping right in front of the hotel and running every 10 minutes. The surrounding area is lovely for walks, and the breakfast is good. Another great advantage is the easy access to the sea through the neighbouring hotel.
Disliked: Communication before arrival was difficult, as the phone numbers listed online were not answered. We received an email asking us to confirm our bank card details, and I wanted to verify that the email was genuine. However, it took two days to receive a response by email. Also, towels were missing when we checked in. We stayed on the first floor, and it was a little noisy due to the street traffic.
Liked: Not much sadly.
Disliked: dirty, old and dated.
