Disliked: Not having a manned reception! If something went wrong there were no staff available to help.

Liked: Nice room overlooking the Marina. Lovely pool. Bus stop right outside to get into the centre of Palma. Breakfast was served in the roof terrace with lovely views. Nice service here, but it’s actually nothing to do with the ‘hotel’ Staff in the office were helpful booking an airport taxi.
Disliked: A bit impersonal, as no proper reception area. I think a better description would be ‘serviced rooms’ with breakfast. The general area ( other than the Marina it sits in) was not especially nice and didn’t have a lot of good restaurants nearby. Bruno’s restaurant on the lower level, whilst convenient, was massively overpriced. Again - nothing to do with the ‘hotel’.
Liked: Such a gem! It overlooks a small beach; has a fantastic pool, rooftop breakfast and staff! I recommend 1000%
Great place to stay if your in Calanova, to the right of outside we were dissapointed to see so much graffiti everywhere
Liked: Very relaxing, great cafe machiato, nicely served food. Polite and friendly staff. Louis the car park attendant was very warm and friendly and funny, Marissa was so sweet. Natalie was very helpful. The fruit bowl for breakfast was fab. The complimentary water was a nice gesture. The morning and evening views were nice, everything was nice and clean, the check in was smooth and early check in was nice too,thankyou. The bar tender at the poolside was lovely, Grace.
Disliked: The A/C was a bit tricky to get steady, The mattress was a lil lumpy and uneven, some cream for the coffee of tea would have been appreciated. More choice of pillows would have been nice and perhaps an armchair in the room. The whole area didn’t have a vibe, I much preferred Torromolinas, we didnt go out at night it looked a bit sketchy. The Bruno restaurant wasn’t the best, overpriced, Caesar salad, lacking salad but drenched in too strong dressing with anchovies, too salty. It wasn’t really very authentic, the surroundings, and the pool looked better in the photo than in reality, old fashioned, no shallow end, old metal steps and way too cold. For non swimmers,seniors and children the pool doesn’t appeal, needs updating much. The breakfast menu only had about 3 things on it for me since I dont do smoked salmon, smoked ham,bacon, and dont usually fancy tuna for breakfast, or hollandaise sauce, I was craving plain scrambled eggs with toast. The restaurant was expensive and the cocktails at the poolside were very expensive too.
